How much does a composite deck cost?
Projects start at $10,000, and most land between $15,000 and $45,000. Size, height off the ground, framing condition, railing, covered structures and the board you choose set the final number, and every proposal itemizes them. See what sets the price.
What types of materials do you use for decks and covered structures?
We install composite decking from Deckorators, Trex and TimberTech, frame every deck with #1 grade pressure-treated lumber, and roof covered structures with shingles from GAF, Owens Corning and other premium brands matched to your home.
What is the difference between a resurface and a new deck?
A resurface keeps your existing frame, brings it up to code, and replaces the boards and railings with new composite. A new deck is a full build on new footings and a new frame. Resurfaces run $10,000 to $50,000 depending on how much framing needs rebuilding.
