What Sets the Price

Size and Height

A small ground-level deck starts around $10,000. Larger, raised, covered or premium-board decks run $30,000 to $80,000.

New Deck or Resurface

Resurfaces run $10,000 to $50,000, depending on how much of the frame has to be rebuilt after the code upgrades.

Framing and Footings

We frame with #1 grade pressure-treated lumber, use butyl tape on the ledger and joists, and install helical pier footings where they fit.

Railing

Aluminum and vinyl systems price very differently, so the railing you choose moves the number.

Covered Structures

Roofs, gables and screened porches are scoped as their own line.

Permits and Drawings

Architect drawings, township permits and HOA paperwork are handled and itemized.

Priced Fairly the First Time

We are not the cheapest and not the most expensive. If a number needs to come down, the scope changes: a smaller footprint, a different board, no covered structure. Every proposal is line by line.

Financing Available

HFS Financial and Hearth, with a soft credit pre-qualification. Hearth offers 0% interest for up to 18 months, depending on qualification.
