What began as a weathered and uninspired outdoor space in Stroudsburg, PA is now a clean-lined, modern deck that’s built for entertaining, relaxing, and lasting through the seasons. These clients wanted more than a simple refresh — they envisioned a seamless blend of durability and design, rooted in top-tier materials and thoughtful details.
We resurfaced their existing structure using TimberTech Vintage Collection decking in the color Coastline, chosen for its elegant, coastal-gray tone and high-performance core. Matching Coastline fascia and stair treads kept the look consistent from top to bottom, while the added single-board picture frame border gave the entire deck a tailored, finished look.
The new railing system — white vinyl posts with sleek black aluminum balusters — brought a crisp, high-contrast aesthetic that draws the eye while providing safety and structure. We added a 1x6 cocktail rail in matching Coastline decking, making the perimeter perfect for drinks and decor. To unify the entire lower half, we installed custom white vinyl lattice skirting, delivering a clean, traditional profile with practical under-deck coverage.
The clients now have an elevated outdoor space that feels brand new while reusing their existing substructure. It’s a space that’s as practical as it is polished, and one that makes the most of their footprint — while standing up to Pennsylvania’s weather.
