We’re excited to begin designing your dream deck. Follow the steps below to submit the necessary materials and help us craft a preliminary proposal.
We Need Some Info From You
In order to understand your deck layout and customize a deck proposal for you we need a few things to help us get started.
Step 1:
Take 3 clear photos of your home’s exterior where the deck is located. (Click on the picture to expand it and see sample images)
Left Corner Photo - Take 1 wide angle photo from the left corner showing the area where your existing deck is located.
Center Photo - Take 1 wide angle photo from the center area showing the area where your existing deck is located.
Right Corner Photo - Take 1 wide angle photo from the right corner showing the area where your existing deck is located.
Step 2:
A Quick Sketch with Measurements of your existing deck. (Click on the picture to expand it)
Draw a simple sketch of the back wall of your house and then measure your house wall starting from the nearest corner.
Draw your existing deck over the same sketch, including rough measurements. This will enable us to build your proposal.
Make sure to include all measurements in inches and draw the brackets so that we know where the measurements start and stop
Step 3:
Uploading Your Files is Easy
1. Make sure you have all of your files ready for uploading and Click the Upload Files area to upload your files.
2. Attach your photos, sketch, and property survey. You can upload multiple files at the same time, or click to open the file finder as many times as you need
